The Indians have kept it a secret for thousands of years. It's called turmeric (Curcuma longa). It contains an opaque pigment, curcuminoid, which scientists have found to have very strong antioxidant properties. Great for overall health and all those little aches and pains we get in our joints. We added black pepper extract to improve the bioavailability of the curcuminoids.
