Recommended daily intake:
Infants (9+ months) – 1 drop to 1/8 tsp (0.625 ml)
1-3 years - up to 1/4 tsp. (1.25 ml)
3-5 years - up to 1/2 tsp. (2.5 ml)
5-12 years - up to 2/3 tsp. (3.3 ml)
Teenagers – up to 1 tsp (5 ml)
Adults – 1/2 to 1 tsp daily
